Goal:
The client's current campaigns are failing to generate sufficient leads, and the high cost per lead is leading to a lower margin and high operating costs for the client's car service business.
Approach:
After understanding the client's business and goals, the team conducted an in-depth audit of the current Google Ads campaign.
After identifying the issue, we restructured the campaign with a relevant theme for the ad group along with keywords. Later, to achieve the quality leads objective, we continued with search and call campaigns only and optimised targeting settings.
This approach, along with a strong negative keywords list, helps us to improve the CTR and conversions, resulting in a large number of inquiries.
